Why We Built This Site
Texas does not maintain one complete trial-court search for every case. In Coryell County, the District Clerk keeps records for the 52nd and 440th Judicial District Courts. The County Clerk handles County Court, County Court at Law, misdemeanor, probate, guardianship, and related files. Precinct and city clerks retain their own lower-court records. re:SearchTX supplies another route, but coverage varies.
Clear routing helps prevent a district request from reaching the County Clerk or a city citation from reaching a county office. The focus is public court research through official pages, current contacts, and the custodian that can provide the original.

What We Cannot Do
This private resource has no access to court systems. It cannot:
- Retrieve an official docket or case file
- Set, reset, cancel, or confirm an appearance
- Amend, seal, expunge, or remove a record
- Issue a certified copy, judgment, transcript, or order
- Give legal advice about any case
- Guarantee that a fee, contact, or setting is current
An official or certified Coryell County record must come from the clerk, reporter, or court that maintains the original.
Search Partners
Some content pages use search tools supplied by outside companies. Those providers control their results, prices, terms, and data practices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. Coryell County Court Docket does not control partner charges or guarantee partner results.
